The Opportunity

• Collaborate with a close-knit team of 4 women's health providers
• Practice with the da Vinci Xi robotic system for minimally invasive surgical options
• 200+ bed hospital averages 600+ deliveries annually
• Block schedule: 2 days in clinic, 2 days in the OR—offering balance and predictability
• Level II NICU ensures that both mother and baby receive exceptional care close to home
• J1 and H1B visa support available

Compensation & Benefits

• Exceptionally competitive $500K base salary, plus productivity incentives that place total compensation near the 90th percentile nationally!
• Full medical/dental/vision, 401(k) with 5% match, CME stipend, 6 weeks TO, and 7 paid holidays
