OBGYN Call Assignment - North Carolina Physician Locums

Pick up call-only shifts in North Carolina near Charlotte; dates still open through year-end.

Highlights

• Inpatient call only; no clinic or scheduled procedures
• Light volume: average 3 patients per shift
• Home call permitted within 30 minutes of hospital

Practice Setting

• 355-bed community hospital
• 276 deliveries annually
• Onsite support from two RNs
• Cerner EMR

Schedule

• 24-hour call shifts, 7 AM-7 AM
• You choose the dates; 5+ shifts/month preferred
• PRN dates open into 2026

Cases and Procedures

• Labor and delivery, C-sections, OB triage
• Mix of low- and high-risk pregnancies
• No elective procedures or clinic time

Requirements

• Board Certified or Eligible (within 5 years) in OB/GYN
• Active North Carolina license and DEA
• ACLS and BLS required

Travel Accommodations

• Flights, lodging, rental car, and mileage all covered
