OBGYN Physician Opportunity - Full-Spectrum Practice in Central Kentucky
Join an OBGYN practice in a welcoming, close-knit community. Enjoy clinical variety, strong support, and a schedule that promotes work-life balance!
Practice Setting
- Clinical mix is 70% Obstetrics, 30% Gynecology
- Join a team of 1 experienced OBGYN, 2 Advanced Practice Providers (APRN), dedicated support staff including nurses, MAs, front and back office, and a surgery scheduler
- Modern labor and delivery setup with dedicated surgical space and support
- Anesthesia and surgical assistance readily available
Schedule
- Enjoy a flexible weekly schedule with 2.5-3 clinic days, a dedicated surgery day, and optional half-day Fridays
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary ranges from $330,000-$500,000 (dependent on experience)
- Productivity bonus available
- Includes signing bonus $75k - $100k and $10K relocation assistance
- Comprehensive benefits package with health, dental, vision, 401(k) match, and 33 days of PTO
- $4,000 annual CME allowance with 5 CME days, plus leadership and teaching opportunities if desired
