Signing Bonus
A $50,000 signing bonus is offered for this position, further reflecting our investment in the success of every Pinnacle physician.
About the Role
The REI Physician will be a vital member of our clinical team, delivering compassionate fertility care while supporting the clinic’s continued growth. This role offers the opportunity to work with a highly skilled team, leverage advanced resources, and make a profound impact on the lives of individuals and families pursuing parenthood.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive consultations, assessments, and treatment planning for patients.
- Perform fertility procedures including ultrasounds, egg retrievals, embryo transfers, and hysteroscopies.
- Provide empathetic patient education on treatment options, protocols, and medications.
- Collaborate with nurses, embryologists, and administrative staff to ensure seamless care.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and uphold compliance standards.
- Stay current on advancements in reproductive medicine and integrate evidence-based practices.
- Contribute to clinic quality initiatives and research efforts.
- Support practice visibility through marketing or outreach events, as needed.
Position Requirements
Education & Licensure:
- MD or DO from an accredited institution.
- Board-certified/board-eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology.
- Fellowship training in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility.
- Eligible for medical licensure in Illinois.
Skills:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Collaborative approach in a multidisciplinary environment.
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
- Proficiency with EMR systems and clinical documentation.
Compensation & Benefits
