Description

Seeking experienced or new graduate Nurse Practitioner to join our established provider team in Urology. 

Schedule: 

• Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm - OP clinic
• 40 hours/week (36 Patient Facing Hours)
• No weekend or call requirements 
   

Scope of practice: 

• Conduct comprehensive and focused urologic assessments, including history, physical exams, and review of diagnostic results.
• Diagnose and manage common urologic conditions such as BPH, urinary incontinence, kidney stones, hematuria, UTIs, and erectile dysfunction. 
• Perform in-office procedures (as credentialed), including: 
• Catheter placements and changes (Foley, suprapubic) 
• Uroflowmetry and bladder scans 
• Cystoscopy and urodynamic testing (if trained) 
• Provide pre-operative evaluations and post-operative follow-up care. 
• Educate patients and families on diagnoses, treatment plans, medications, and preventive care. 
• Collaborate with urologists, nurses, and ancillary staff to coordinate care and ensure optimal outcomes. 
• Document all patient encounters accurately and timely in the electronic medical record (EMR). 
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and continuing education. 
   
    

Requirements

• Board Certified with active GA licensure (or eligible)
• Previous experience in Urology preferred; open to new graduates with a career focused interest in Urology
