Urology call coverage available near Florence, South Carolina; 7-day blocks with trauma cases and fast credentialing.

Highlights

• 7-day call blocks, 24-hour coverage (6a-6a)
• Start dates still open from late summer through winter
• Full inpatient focus; no clinic or outpatient volume
• Just 1 hour from the beach

Practice Setting

• Level 1 trauma center with a high-acuity patient mix
• No APP coverage on weekends; PA support during weekdays
• Urohospitalist model: consults, rounding, procedures only
• 95% adult / 5% pediatric patients

Schedule

• Week-long blocks with 24-hour call
• Must arrive 1 weekday early for orientation
• Several Q3-Q4 blocks still open for 2025

Cases and Procedures

• Bread-and-butter: cystoscopies, stones, stents, torsions
• Trauma: bladder repairs, GSWs, adrenal, nephrectomies
• Must be comfortable with open trauma procedures

Requirements

• Board Certified in Urology
• Active South Carolina license with CSR and DEA

Travel Accommodations

• Flights, lodging, rental car, and mileage all covered
