Academic Urology & Urogynecology of Arizona (AUUA), part of the Specialty Alliance, is a physician-led, multispecialty urology and urogynecology practice seeking a full-time Urogynecologist (Female Pelvic Medicine & Reconstructive Surgery) to join our growing team in the Greater Phoenix area. Our Urogynecology division provides advanced, evidence-based care for women with pelvic organ prolapse, urinary incontinence, overactive bladder, and complex pelvic floor dysfunction.

Position Overview
The incoming FPMRS specialist will:
Conduct outpatient clinics and procedure days at one or more of 13 locations throughout the Valley
Perform pelvic reconstructive and urogynecology surgeries at affiliated hospitals and surgery centers
Provide comprehensive care from evaluation and diagnosis to individualized treatment planning, surgery, and post-operative management
Collaborate closely with a team of 9 urologists, 3 urogynecologists, and experienced APPs
Participate in hospital rounding as needed
Share in a rotating urogynecology call schedule within a supportive, collegial group
Explore partnership or associate tracks, based on interests and experience
Clinical scope includes:
Female pelvic organ prolapse
Robotic and minimally invasive pelvic reconstructive surgery
Stress and urge urinary incontinence, OAB, and pelvic floor dysfunction
Urodynamics, neuromodulation, and office-based/surgical therapies for pelvic floor disorders

Highly competitive base salary (commensurate with experience)

Requirements
MD or DO; Board Certified or Board Eligible in FPMRS
Background in urogynecology/pelvic floor disorders via OB/GYN or Urology pathway
Open to new graduates and experienced faculty; AMG and IMG candidates welcome
Preferred: experience with robotic or minimally invasive pelvic surgery, strong clinical decision-making, excellent communication, and enthusiasm for multidisciplinary teamwork
