Reach Fertility is seeking board certified/eligible physicians for our Charlotte, North Carolina office. Fellows 1-2 years from program completion are also considered.

About Reach Fertility

Since 1988, Reach has been one of the most successful fertility centers in the Southeast, featuring three locations (Charlotte, Ballantyne, and Lake Norman), an embryology lab, and three andrology labs. Our team currently consists of three physicians and four advanced practitioner providers offering a complete range of reproductive medicine services. We feature in-house egg and embryo donation programs with two 3rd party ART coordinators, and we have a clinical research team as well.  We are fully accredited as a surgery center, allowing for on-site procedures such as operative hysteroscopies and D&Cs, in addition to all IVF-related procedures and minor gyn outpatient procedures. Our embryology team is led by an on-site laboratory director who oversees a team of 8 embryologists and andrologists. 

Reach is a member of the UK-based international network, Care Fertility, world leaders in fertility research since 1978. With fertility centers in England, Spain, Ireland, and the US, our scientists are consistently making groundbreaking discoveries and advances, including the world’s first screening for an Annexin gene mutation which can cause miscarriage, and more recently, the first in-house developed artificial intelligence embryo selection model which predicts live birth using time-lapse imaging.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Conducting patient assessments and consultations for new and existing patients.
• Determining the appropriate testing and diagnostic procedures to identify potential causes of infertility.
• Reviewing and discussing test results with patients.
• Advising patients on the best treatment options based on their individual needs.
• Working with patients to educate them on the treatment options.
• Creating customized treatment plans for patients to maximize their pregnancy rates.
• Prescribing any medications as needed.
• Performing surgical procedures and in-vitro fertilization procedures (egg retrievals, embryo transfers, etc.) while maintaining the highest success rates.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Thorough and experienced understanding of fundamental principles of reproductive endocrinology / infertility and advance ART
• Thorough experience and independent practice of advanced reproductive endocrinology cases – myomectomies, advanced laparoscopies for endometriosis treatment as well as tubal and uterine cavity reconstructive surgery
• Solid understanding of key procedures including In-Vitro Fertilization, ICSI, Ovarian Stimulation
• Knowledge of third-party reproduction
• Desire to continually improve and enhance clinical care through career development and continued education
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with demonstrated empathy and compassion
• Strong analytical and technical skills with ability to assess challenges and proactively seek solutions
• Personal commitment to excellence, integrity, compassion, transparency, and honesty
