Description

We are seeking a highly motivated embryologist/product application specialist with excellent teamwork skills to join our team at Genea Biomedx. The ideal candidate will be a self-driven professional, capable of managing their own tasks and constantly striving for continuous improvement. This role will focus on assisting clinics in understanding and utilizing our products effectively.

Responsibilities:

• Support in the implementation of Genea Biomedx products
• Product knowledge support
• Product cycle/workflow optimization
• Online or in-person meetings, as needed, to support business operations and provide training to international clients.
• Work closely with the team to ensure excellence in our services.

Requirements

• Degree in embryology, B.Sc. or related field.
• At least two years of experience in an IVF laboratory.
• Applying embryology knowledge to products.  In-depth knowledge of the tasks, techniques, and needs of IVF clinics, embryologists and patients in assisted reproduction.
• Ability to work both independently and in a team.
• Driver's license and willingness to travel at least 50% of working times.
• Attending conferences, workshops, providing customer support. 
• Being comfortable talking in front of others, training other embryologists, ppts presentations, data keeping, costumer experience, working closely with engineers
• Focus on continuous improvement and excellence in work.
