Description

Full-time Fertility Nurse- Seattle (Monday-Friday, 40 hours/week, day shift)

Seattle Reproductive Medicine is a fertility clinic serving the Pacific Northwest region. We've been helping to create life in Seattle for 17 years. Over these years the practice has grown to 6 locations and 14 physicians - through the use of ever-evolving technology and patient-focused care. Our team of highly skilled nurses shares a passion for their profession and is committed to the care of our patients. With diverse educational and personal backgrounds, the nursing team at SRM is dynamic and energetic. They uniquely apply knowledge and experience, patience, compassion, and dedication to provide high quality nursing and fertility care to each of their patients.

General Duties

    • Educate patients on infertility evaluations, medications, treatment protocols and procedures.
    • Comfort and support patients going through assisted reproductive technology.
    • Coordinates patient treatment plans, such as In Vitro Fertilization and Frozen Embryo Transfers.
    • Perform intrauterine inseminations.
    • Assures quality care by adhering to therapeutic standards; follows physician practice and nursing division philosophies, as well as standards of care set by the state and other governing agency regulations.

Requirements

    • Current Registered Nurse license in the State of Washington.
    • 2+ years of OBGYN or fertility nursing experience strongly preferred.
    • BLS Certification.
    • Experienced in EMR, Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel.

*External candidates with 5+ years of fertility nursing experience OR 10+ years of other nursing experience may be eligible for a $7,500 sign-on bonus.

Relocation assistance available to external candidates relocating 50+ miles.

COVID-19 VACCINATION REQUIREMENT  

Per Governor Inslee's Proclamation 21-14.1 , employees of higher education and healthcare institutions must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 no later than October 18, 2021 unless a medical or religious exemption is approved. Being fully vaccinated means that an individual is at least two weeks past their final dose of an authorized COVID-19 vaccine regimen. As a condition of employment, newly hired employees will be required to provide proof of their COVID-19 vaccination.
