At RPSD, our program is one of very few in the country where private clinical faculty and full time university faculty are fully integrated, including sharing some coverage and patient care. Our program is also unique in making a major push toward eSET. Currently almost 90% of our ETs are with a single embryo, which has over 50% delivery rate at all ages. We strongly believe that trophectoderm biopsy and PGS are an integral part of that goal and that the very significant complications from twinning must be brought to a minimum.
