Sanford Health is seeking a BC/BE Reproductive Endocrinologist to join the well-established Sanford Reproductive Medicine Institute in Fargo, North Dakota. Our program proudly operates the only IVF program in the state of North Dakota and is committed to providing a well supported, manageable clinical practice that prioritizes physician well-being.
- Join a collaborative team including one board-certified reproductive endocrinologist, one board certified gynecologist, two nurse practitioners, one psychologist, one genetic counselor and a highly experienced and stable clinical staff.

- Full-time practice with opportunities to grow the program through thoughtfully structured outreach to select regional clinics—supported by centralized scheduling and outreach coordination.
- The practice serves 500+ patients per month, with steady growth and robust operational support to ensure
equitable patient distribution and protected administrative time. - Exceptional multidisciplinary support from Sanford’s OB-GYN, Maternal Fetal Medicine, and Neonatology teams, including an on-site Level IV NICU.

Competitive compensation package includes:
- Annual compensation of $630,000 for the first 2 years of the employment contract, plus estimated potential to exceed compensation floor from personally performed wRVUs.
- In addition, a $200,000 retention incentive to be paid if you remain a 1.0 FTE for 4 years (this will be subject to a contractual agreement specifying all details)
