Midwest Fertility Specialists, part of the Axia Women's Health network, is seeking a Board
Certified/Board Eligible Reproductive Endocrinologist & Infertility (REI) physician to
join our growing team of fertility specialists.
For more than 20 years, Midwest Fertility Specialists has helped individuals and couples
achieve their dream of parenthood through compassionate, personalized, evidence-based
fertility care. Our physicians combine advanced reproductive technologies with
individualized treatment plans, ensuring every patient receives the highest quality care
from their first consultation through successful family building. The practice offers
comprehensive fertility services including IVF, IUI, fertility preservation, third-party
reproduction, reproductive surgery, genetic testing, and LGBTQ+ family-building services.
Our IVF success rates are reported through the Society for Assisted Reproductive
Technology (SART).

Practice Locations:
- Carmel, Indiana
- Fort Wayne, Indiana (physicians rotate here one weekday every two months)
