- Hospital-supported urology program with the opportunity to build and lead the service line
- Immediate patient demand with no competing urologists currently serving the community

- Opportunity to incorporate robotics-assisted surgery if desired
Schedule:
- Flexible scheduling model designed to support physician autonomy
- Option to work as little as 10 days per month or structure a fuller schedule based on preference
- No required surgical volume and full control over the scope of practice
- No call responsibilities
Compensation & Benefits:
- Guaranteed base salary of $587,996
- Production incentives are available for additional earning potential
- $58,000 sign-on bonus
